Dr. W. Dean Russell, Jr.
Born and raised in Florida, Dr. Russell completed both his undergraduate degree and dental school at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. In 1980 after completing a general practice residency in dentistry and a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland, he opened a practice in Martinsburg.
In addition to private practice, Dr. Russell is a clinical professor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at West Virginia University. He is also on Staff at City Hospital, Martinsburg, WV; VA Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV; Jefferson Memorial Hospital, Charles Town, WV; and War Memorial Hospital, Berkeley Springs, WV.
He has lectured to professional groups and community organizations covering various topics in oral and maxillofacial surgery, and he is a member of the following associations: American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Middle Atlantic Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, West Virginia Dental Association and Eastern Panhandle Dental Society.
Dr. Russell practices a full range of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is especially interested in the field of implants, temporomandibular joint surgery and corrective/reconstructive facial surgery. He is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and licensed to practice in West Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania.

Dr. Jon Pike
Dr. Pike was born in Troy, New York. His family soon moved to North Carolina, which became "home" to him. He and his wife Diana and their two sons, Sean and Daniel, live in Martinsburg
Dr. Pike graduated from West Virginia University School of Dentistry. He then relocated to the Charleston, West Virginia area and practiced general dentistry in a community health clinic for two years.
After completing a general practice residency at the Charleston Area Medical Center in 1982, Dr. Pike accepted a position as Assistant Professor of Hospital Dentistry at West Virginia University. From 1984-1987 he was Director of the General Practice Residency at Ohio State University.
In 1987 Dr. Pike entered the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina, for oral and maxillofacial surgery training. Upon completion of this program in 1991, he remained as a teaching fellow at MUSC. Dr. Pike joined Dr. Russell's practice of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1993. He is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and practices a full range of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Howard Nelson
Dr. Nelson was born and raised in Santa Cruz, Jamaica and completed his undergraduate education at the University of the West Indies, in Mona, Kingston, Jamaica. He then attended Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, D.C., where he was inducted into the National Dental Honor Society Omicron Kappa Upsilon.
Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Nelson completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training at Howard University Hospital and its affiliates. He remained on staff at Howard University Hospital for a year after completing his residency and was involved with teaching and supervising the oral and maxillofacial surgery residents. Dr.Nelson performed surgery in a multi-group practice in the Baltimore area for two years before joining Associated Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Nelson is a member of MSDA and MASOMS, and is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is licensed to practice oral and maxillofacial surgery in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Dr. Nelson is on staff at City Hospital, Martinsburg, WV., VA Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV and Jefferson Memorial Hospital, Ranson, WV.
Dr. Nelson practices a full range of oral and maxillofacial surgery with a keen interest in endosseous implants, facial trauma , facial reconstruction and dentoalveolar procedures.

DR. Jay I. Haddad
Dr. Haddad received his bachelors degree from California State University Northridge and his dental degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
He completed a general dentistry residency at Fort Carson, Colorado. He also completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii.
Dr. Haddad retired from the U.S. Army after twenty years of service. His final military assignment was served as an oral and maxillofacial surgery staff instructor at the National Capital Consortium Residency Training Program.
Dr. Haddad is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology and a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is a also a fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and a member of the American Dental Association.
Dr. Haddad is licensed to practice oral and maxillofacial surgery in West Virginia and Maryland. He practices a full range of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
